    What is Standard Shipping?

    Tier1Water.com offers "Standard" Shipping during checkout. We will use the least expensive carrier that can deliver within our delivery estimate. Our current shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the US Postal Service.

  • Ordering


    In order to add products to your shopping cart, select the Add to Cart button next to the items you wish to purchase. To review your shopping cart, select the "My Cart" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of every page. The shopping cart will display the merchandise that has been added to your cart. In the shopping cart, you may also remove merchandise from your cart, and update the quantities of merchandise that have been added. Select the "Proceed to Checkout" button to complete checkout.

    You may also place your order by calling us Toll-Free at 1-855-378-9116, Monday through Friday, from 8AM-5PM CST.

    Please Note - We will be closed during the following holidays: New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

    To reorder a past order, log into Your Account. Select "My Orders", then, click the "Reorder" link next to your past order.

    Pricing and promotions are subject to change at any time. We accept payment through Paypal and all major credit cards; MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

    Orders shipped to a Minnesota address are subject to 6.875% sales tax. If you are MN Sales Tax Exempt, please contact us at 1-855-378-9116 to document your Exempt Status.

    Tier1 offers low pricing and discounted shipping rates. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive occasional emails with special offers, water quality news, and promotions.
